Located in the sought-after Eden Valley village of Culgaith, this concept design explores a small collection of four generously proportioned homes arranged around a carefully considered setting.
The architectural approach takes inspiration from the scale and presence of classical vicarages, simple, confident forms, pronounced gables and well-balanced proportions, reinterpreted to suit contemporary family living. Natural stone elevations and restrained detailing create a calm, enduring appearance, while large openings introduce light and connection to the surrounding landscape.
Internally, the homes are designed around open, practical layouts that support modern lifestyles, with strong visual links to gardens and views beyond. Each dwelling is positioned to provide its own sense of arrival, privacy and outlook, avoiding a standard estate layout in favour of a more individual character.
