We’re proud to share a progress update on one of our latest residential projects — a bespoke home on Capon Tree Road, Brampton. It is now moving towards completion.
As an architect based in Carlisle, working across Cumbria and beyond, we focus on delivering designs that not only meet the practical needs of modern living but also respond thoughtfully to their local setting. This project is a perfect example of that approach.
Sensitive, Contextual Design
From the outset, careful consideration was given to the scale and appearance of the property. Our aim was to ensure the home would sit sympathetically within the surrounding neighbourhood. This contributes positively to the existing street scene.
Capon Tree Road features a variety of forms and materials, reflecting its history of individual self-build developments. Our design draws inspiration from this diversity, blending render, brick, and stone in a contemporary yet sympathetic way. The result is a home that feels entirely at ease within its setting. It’s a modern interpretation rooted in the character of the area.
