We have recently submitted a planning application for the re-generation of the existing retail and industrial park at High Hesket on the A6 between Carlisle and Penrith. The proposal is expected to start on site later this year subject to planning and will offer office space, retail space for rent and light industrial units located to the rear of the site. The site is a central hub for many local villages, offering a place of work for local businesses and the opportunity an easy call in place for the weekly food shop.
