The proposed residential development in Longtown by Gleeson Homes Cumbria aims to deliver 60 high-quality, affordable homes, comprising a diverse mix of two, three, and four-bedroom detached, semi-detached, and bungalow designs. This initiative emphasizes sustainable practices and thoughtful design principles. Over the past 15 months, we have collaborated closely with Gleeson Homes to meticulously develop a layout that harmonizes with the site’s natural surroundings, prioritizing the creation of an attractive, functional, and inclusive environment. The design incorporates landscaped public open spaces, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and strategically positioned dwellings that optimize long-range countryside views, while simultaneously fostering privacy and a strong sense of community.
