The listed Buildings forming 64 High Street and Fairfield Place, Annan, Dumfriesshire are currently in a dilapidated state of repair.
Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been secured to partially demolish and re-build the front part of the site onto High Street and to convert the remaining buildings on Fairfield Place.
The development, which will see the creation of a large retail unit, two flats and five houses is now on site and nearing completion.
