The design has been developed with the client to create living accommodation over several levels, turning it's back on the adjacent road and incorporating stunning views across the river and adjacent open space from most rooms.
Sensitive discussion and negotiation with local planning and roads officers has resulted in a magnificent solution to the clients brief whilst incorporating the requirements of the technical constraints placed on the development by the various statutory bodies.
